Prepare your inversions for take-off! This will be a fiery 4 part series focused on getting upside down for the first time or finding new ways to explore being upside down! Enjoy a schmorgesborg of tips & tricks, strength drills, transitions, and prop usage, including working at the wall. We will focus on arm balances, headstands, forearm stands, and handstand variations throughout the series, but each session will offer a unique theme/focus area to advance your inversions. All levels are welcome! If you are newer to arm balances or inversions, Nicole won't leave you behind, so come and join the fun!

Meet facilitator:
Nicole Schneider is a full-time traveling yoga teacher, 500HR RYT, YACEP, with training in multiple Hatha styles. Along with her full teaching schedule, Nicole leads private and corporate yoga sessions, supports community efforts through yoga fundraising events, and shares her teachings online, in after school programs, outdoor classes, yoga workshops and trainings across the Chicagoland area. Nicole has developed her own Restorative Yoga Teacher Training Program and is passionate about training other teachers and students in the art of relaxation. With a global finance background and Northwestern MBA, Nicole understands the stress of corporate life and enjoys helping others cultivate their own peace and balance through yoga and meditation.
