As we hustle every day trying to complete our to do lists, to achieve, multitask and improve, constantly participating and comparing, we run a risk of falling into a dark rabbit hole of stress and burnout.

Sometimes, we even try to change the things, the people or the circumstances around the situations we cannot change.
That’s when this type of breath-work session can help us recalibrate, destress, recharge and refocus on what is really important and fill our own cups so we can pour to others.

Trusting in the breath takes us deep inside, where the ego melts away. The breath creates the space for the true Self, the Higher Self, Spirit, God (whatever you choose to call IT) to be heard.

As we listen to that inner whisper, it brings new ideas, perspective, inspiration and the peace of serenity. We can choose to surrender and to accept the things that we cannot change. We release anxious predictions and saddening “what ifs” and “should haves” from the past.

When we live one breath at a time, truly present and in harmony with what is, as a breath of fresh air, serenity, contentment and hope fills our heart.

This is when we are the happiest, joyful, in the spirit of service, and at peace. In this state of serenity, there is a safe space for all of us to meditate and breathe, to let go, to integrate, to safely feel, to process and to just be.
We invite you to gather monthly and experience it for yourself.

NO PRIOR BREATH-WORK, YOGA OR MEDITATION EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
Energy Exchange: $30 ($35 at the door, if space is available)
