✨IN SPIRIT WE INSPIRE, EMPOWER & TRANSFORM TOGETHER✨
The Art of Personal Transformation 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training: October 9th, 2025 - February 22nd, 2026
💫 Every one of us has the power to live to our fullest potential in this unique Human expression. Our fullest, most brilliant potential is far beyond what words can possibly describe. You are a conduit of pure source energy. It animates every cell of your Being. You are walking stardust, composed of the same material that birthed the cosmos! You have LIMITLESS potential, LIMITLESS energy within you. It is all up to you to choose to tap into and turn on the infinite potential within and live as your True Self, meaning your most. authentic expression.
💫 THIS is the art of personal transformation.
💫 Our immersive and interactive training curriculum guides serious practitioners and/or those aspiring to become yoga teachers through the fundamental steps of discovering your authentic expression of Self (your truth), your voice, and your gifts. We do so by bridging the gaps between the physical and metaphysical planes through the embodiment of Yoga.
💫 By immersing yourself in this training you are signing up to dive deep into the art of personal transformation where you'll learn techniques and practices that enhance the Mind Body & Spirit connection, expand consciousness, promote well-being, develop greater Self-awareness, increase intuition, broaden your horizon of possibility, and gives purpose and meaning to life.
💫 By showing up for yourself in this way you begin to embody more of your True Self. Your unique set of gifts begins to show and the yearning to share becomes inevitable!
💫 Our emphasis lies on discovering one’s unique path back home to their innermost authentic selves to be able to then share from a place of integrity and authenticity.
💫 This training program is dedicated to shining a light upon the path of body, mind, and soul connection through the teachings of Patanjali's Yoga Sutra, the eightfold path is called ashtanga, which means "eight limbs" (ashta=eight, anga=limb):
YAMA - Restraints, moral disciplines or moral vows.
NIYAMA - Positive duties or observances.
ASANA - Posture.
PRANAYAMA - Breathing techniques.
PRATYAHARA - Sense withdrawal.
DHARANA - Focused concentration.
DHYANA - Meditative absorption.
SAMADHI - Bliss or enlightenment.
💫 These eight steps act as guidelines on how to live a meaningful and purposeful life. They serve as a prescription for moral and ethical conduct and self-discipline; they direct attention toward one's health; and they help us to acknowledge the spiritual aspects of our nature.
💫 The 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Curriculum offers a comprehensive exploration of yoga, encompassing various styles, philosophies, and practical teaching skills.

Rich has studied at the prestigious Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Madras, India with TKV Desikachar among others presiding, The Atma Vikasa in Mysore with Yogacharya V. Venkatesha and wife Acharye Hema, The Himalayan Iyengar Yoga Center near Dharamsala with Sharat Arora. Rich has also assisted Tias Little in workshops as well as his Esalen retreat in 08. He continues to study at the Yoga Circle under the tutelage of the enigmatic and brilliant Gabriel Halpern in the Iyengar tradition. Rich has an eclectic teaching style focusing on the seeming basics to allow for a deeper practice by sitting in some poses for extended periods and moving through other postures smoothly with deliberation attention on placing ourselves in the pose as opposed to habitual patterns and gravity running the show. A mindful practice is focused on, bringing us to the edge of ‘experience’ to ‘witness’ the moment unfold and realize it is us who is the unfolding.
